Hotspot

A small puzzle platformer where the world changes depending on what you listen. Targeted for LÖVE 11.3.

Made for LÖVE Jam 2020. All assets and code made during the jam.

On Windows, you can alternatively try the zipped build. I'm not entirely sure if it works for everyone, though.

Instructions (also in-game)

• Esc toggles the menu
• Q while in the menu quits the game
• F11 toggles fullscreen
• N and M adjust the volume
• J and K adjust the frequency
• Move with A and D or the left and right arrow keys
• Jump with space, W or the up arrow key

Everything is explained or easily figured out in-game. Just in case you are still confused about what the different tiles do, here's a quick explanation:

• Red crossed tiles restart the level when you touch them at their matching frequency
• Blue plus tiles only have collision within their matching frequency
• Green circle tiles only have collision outside their matching frequency
